Animal Sightning

We were made aware of a Mountain Lion sighting near the intersection of Goss and Mountain road, which is north of Pinon Hills Elementary School. San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department, California Department of Fish and Wildlife and Snowline Police were all notified. Police searched the area and were unable to locate the animal. Mountain lions can have a range of 370 square miles so please speak with your children,
If you see a mountain lion:
• Stay calm. Back away slowly
• Do not approach a lion.
• Do not run from a lion. Running may stimulate a mountain lion's instinct to chase.
• Do not crouch down or bend over.

We hope you have a great day, and please remember if you see something say something!
