The Snowline
Joint Unified School District offers comprehensive family literacy services at
several of the elementary schools in the district. Through funding awarded from the US
Department of Education, the California Department of Education, the San
Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, and First 5 San Bernardino ,
Snowline School District administers several programs designed to support
student learning, increase parent involvement, and support parents in their
efforts to support their children’s learning and development.
Programs offered free of charge
to eligible families in our district include:

preschool education program is open to children ages 3 to 5 of age and is free
to families whose monthly income meets the criteria established by the
California Department of Education.

Hills, and Vista Verde Elementary Schools.
