Moving  out of district? If you are moving out of the Snowline JUSD and you  have $20.00 or more in your students lunch account, you may click here,  fill out the form and email it to me. You may obtain the current balance in your student(s) account(s) from their sites lead kitchen person (all amounts will be verified). You may put more than one student on a  form so you can be reimbursed for all your students at once. Please  make sure all your contact information will be good for at  least one month following your request. Requests made  after May 14, 2010 will not be processed until July. Your student's  balance does follow them from year to year, school site to school site, within our district, so this form is only to be used if you are leaving the district. If you have any questions or need help please contact me at 760-868-0986 and I will be happy to assist you.
