As we prepare for a safe return to in-person learning we ask that you watch this video showing some of the safety precautions we are taking for our staff and students.

I snowline is Ryan here at Phelan Elementary School I'm taking this opportunity right now to share with all of you all the tapani go let's go I'm good news all elementary school students based on your choice in grades transitional kindergarten up the fifth grade can come back to school and a hybrid design I'll talk about their moment but please understand that she might be asking what about Escalon High School unfortunately the California Department of Public Health does not allow for that to occur for those aged kids but what does allow for the elementary school students so let's talk about the hybrid design hybrid learning design it's really driven by the requirements of State local officials around physical distancing this means that students have to be broken into groups with many less students coming to school at a given time that when we talked about groups now let's discuss what a hybrid model will look like day by day for a given week two groups group a would go to school for 2 days let's say Monday and Tuesday group the other half the students would be at home learning remotely as they have been up until this point Wednesdays will be used for all students to be at home online learning why we engage in deep cleaning on that day Thursday and Friday groups A and B will switch that means the group b will be at school all those students from Thursday to Friday and group a student will be at home engagement Vine Learning Center pandemic read and see if he's been our priority this includes for every single classroom throughout our district now let's take a look at all the measures that will be in place that our students will not only see but use when they cummed in person begin again what physical distance be as you can see less desk will be place and every single classroom to make certain proper distance exists in all situation also we got barriers such as death Shield right now but we'll see on every single desk provide an extra layer of protection for every single child hand sanitizer will be available in all classrooms and throughout the campus as well as additional hand-washing state to ensure the hygiene necessary for the safety that we want for all student we can't forget face covering the  are required for all students to be worn at all times during the school day physical something will occur on Oliver buses as well as regular cleaning in between each for more information and regular updates please visit us at snowline school.
