English Learner Program

The Snowline Joint Unified School District's English Learner Program is excited for the 2023-2024 school year. We are working hard to provide our scholars with opportunities to advance their language abilities and excel in all areas of their academics. ANNUAL RECLASSIFICATION CEREMONIES

Our Reclassified English Learner scholars and their families enjoy a night of celebration as they receive trophies and plenty of applause! The 2019 ceremony was held on October 24th. Once reclassified, students outperform their English Only peers and are on the path to the Seal of Biliteracy. Congratulations, scholars!

SEAL OF BILITERACY

The greatest achievement for our English Learner scholars is to earn the California Seal of Biliteracy on their diploma. Of course, we throw a great party for this amazing accomplishment! A catered dinner and medaling ceremony is enjoyed, complete with student speakers and live entertainment. Check out our pictures from the past 6 years . . .
