Deadline to Purchase: Thursday April 9th before 2:00 pm
To purchase a ticket for this event, a permission form will need to be submitted to the office with parent/guardian's signature as well as a copy of your school ID. We will then get it signed and approved by an administrator. Once approved, we will send a copy of the form over to the Serrano ASB Office.
After the form is submitted, payment can be made either over the phone or in person through the Serrano ASB Office.
These forms can be picked up in the NTS front office or you can find it attached to this email.
