Local Control and Accountability Plan - LCAP

Snowline Students, Families, Staff, and Stakeholders,

We are in the process of administering our LCAP (Local Control and Accountability Plan) survey to collect feedback regarding our programs and services that address the needs of students, parents, staff, and community members. Beginning today and running through Friday, March 6, our LCAP will be available to everyone on all platforms. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and all responses are completely anonymous and will be kept strictly confidential. Feel free to take all surveys (even if more than one) that apply to you as a parent, staff member and/or community member.

Thank you in advance for your time, effort and support in helping ensure the students and families in our district thrive.

The LCAP is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF, all school districts are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities. The LCAP is a three-year plan, which is required to be updated annually.

Snowline's LCAP has been developed to continue to serve to "ensure endless possibilities for all students through high levels of learning". Through the input of staff and community members, Snowline has identified goals for all students across the district and generated actions and services designed to achieve those goals.

Please feel free to review the LCAP component links below and submit comments or questions to Superintendent Ryan Holman.

Hope you’re well as we near the end of the school year! Please find attached Hanover’s analysis of Snowline JUSD’s 2018-19 LCAP Survey. The survey analysis reviews feedback from students, parents, and staff on academic environment, social environment, stakeholder engagement, and satisfaction.  Thank you to all of those that took the time to provide us with feedback!
