Building/CFD/Developer Fee's

Snowline's current Residential Developer Fee rate is $5.64 per sq. ft. of livable space. This rate will expire on 5/26/2026.

The current commercial or industrial construction rate is $0.84 per sq. ft. 

We accept cash, postal money order or cashier’s check. We are now accepting wire transfers: please call for more details.

When submitting your payment for School Fees please provide the Permit Requirement worksheet, your contact information including contact phone number, email address and payment either in person, by mail or in the drop box at the Business Services Office.
