Building/CFD/Developer Fee's

Snowline's current Residential Developer Fee rate is $5.67 per sq. ft. of livable space. This rate will expire on 5/23/2024.

The current commercial or industrial construction rate is $0.78 per sq. ft. 

We accept cash, postal money order or cashier’s check.  Please provide the Permit Requirement worksheet from San Bernardino County, your contact information including contact phone number, email address and payment either by mail or dropping it off at the Business Services.
