Elementary School Parent-Teacher Conferences

The time has arrived for our annual parent-teacher conferences that are designed to address the progress being made by our elementary school students.  Parents and guardians will be contacted so that arrangements can be made to meet in person or virtually.  To make this process happen, school ending times for ALL of our elementary schools are different for the week of November 15-19.

On Monday of that week, school ends at the normal time of 2:45 p.m.  For Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday of parent-teacher conferences, the school day finishes at 12:40 p.m.  Our Thursday ending time of 1:30 p.m. will remain in place.  To make all of this happen for our district-wide transportation services, Chaparral HS and Eagle Summit CDS students will end school at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, finish at 12:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and stay on their early-out ending time of 1:40 p.m. on Thursday.  Confused?  Run this video again or contact the office staff of your child’s school.
